In today’s political climate with such easy access to information, why would a candidate lie about their military service? Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) says “We’ve learned something since the days that I served in Vietnam…” Yeah well, we’ve learned you never served in Vietnam, whoops.
South Korea accuses North Korea kinda “mistakenly” torpedoing one of their ships. Well, replace the word “kinda” with the word ‘repeatedly’ and the word “mistakenly” with ‘intentionally’.
Nearly a month since the Deep Water Horizon explosion and oil is now beginning to wash up on the beaches along the Gulf coast. Tourism, ruined. Industry, ruined. BP, *Crickets*.
The U.S. State Department is questioning the legality of Arizona’s SB1070, however before bringing legal action it may help if even one member of the department actually read the law.
